What type of compensation structure are you open to as a Brand Cultivator? How much are targeting per month from each individual brand? We offer three tiers of service to our clients, each with clear expectations and KPIs, and commensurate monthly retainers at each tier.

If you are not currently representing any brands, it will take time for us to give you a full portfolio of 4-6. Are you comfortable with that for now? For example, if you currently work full time, leaving for this might not make sense financially.

Where are you located exactly and what territory are you open to covering?
This is a full-time position, but compensation is split across multiple brands. The expectation is a minimum of 3.5 days per week in-market, plus one day per week of office work (including check-in calls with your suppliers), and 10–30 account calls per week, depending on retainer payment. Please confirm that you are comfortable with these expectations—even while you are still building your portfolio and may not initially receive full-time compensation. We are only looking for candidates who are eager and committed to building their own consultancy and who are willing to put in the work to make it happen.
